About the role
As a Chef you will prepare and present our café menu, maintain quality and consistency, and help develop new dishes that pair well with our coffee.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe, portion and presentation standards
- Plan daily prep and manage kitchen workflow during service
- Develop and test new dishes and seasonal specials
- Control food cost, wastage and inventory
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance
- Guide and train kitchen staff
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a chef in a café, restaurant or hotel
- Culinary diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of continental and café-style cuisine
- Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
